Housekeeper - (Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem)
JGS Lifecare, located in the quaint town of Longmeadow, MA, has been the proud caretaker of the elderly within the local community for over 100 years! Our spacious campus has a full-array of services including Skilled Nursing, Senior Living and Community programs that consist of traditional long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, memory care, assisted living, hospice and day health support services. Our employees are an outstanding team of professionals who go above-and-beyond each day with their compassionate care to our residents and the individuals we serve.
Position Summary
The primary purpose of the Housekeeper is to ensure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner for the residents, families, visitors and staff. Tasks included daily work assignments such as cleaning and polishing furnishings, fixtures, ledges, in resident rooms, recreational areas; sweeping, mopping, disinfecting floors and vacuuming, shampooing and deodorizing carpets within the facility. .

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The final salary offered will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, training, skills, qualifications, market and business considerations, and geographic location.

Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience preferred, however, on-the-job training provided
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Must be able to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism
- Must possess the ability to deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, visitors, family members and employees.
- Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
- Part Time - 10 -24 hours per week
