- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation standards
- Restock kitchen supplies and assist with basic food prep as needed
- Sweep and mop kitchen areas daily
- Maintain a clean and organized dish and work area
- Follow food safety and infection control guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or food service experience
- Friendly, professional, and resident-centered attitude
- Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
