What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emissions Technician position at JFM Safety and Emmissions?
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hr (DOE)
Location: Salem, UT | In-person
Schedule: Saturdays 10am - 6 pm , on call as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct emissions inspections per county standards
- Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Learn and comply with EPA and state safety inspection standards
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Customer service or automotive experience a plus
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Eager to learn and willing to complete emissions certification
