Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef with prior culinary supervisory skills and hands-on food production experience to join our team at the prestigious Delta Sky Club at JFK and Delta Sky Club LGA Airport. - be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking.
- supervision of large-scale batch cooking.
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented.
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations.
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Management Experience: Minimum of 1 year
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
