Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily culinary execution across the restaurant, market, and bar programs, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation meet Delta One standards.
- Supervise and train the culinary team, fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus focused on simple, delicious, and globally inspired cuisine.
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP and brand guidelines.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with front-of-house leaders to deliver a seamless guest experience from kitchen to table.
- 3 or more years of experience in a culinary leadership role within an upscale restaurant, hotel, or high-volume food service environment
- Experience supporting multiple service styles or concepts, including à la carte, production, or grab-and-go programs
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
- ServSafe Certification preferred
