**Pre-Licensing Education Pathway

Participation in onboarding sessions or consultations may be required prior to enrollment.

Students are typically given a defined time period to complete coursework and required examinations based on state guidelines.

Compensation

Potential earnings: $60,000 – $900,000 per year

Real estate agents operate as independent contractors, and income is commission-based and dependent on individual production.

Agents often increase earnings significantly after year one through coaching, additional divisions, revenue share, and investment opportunities.
