As a Real Estate Agent with The Bloemhof Group, you will work directly with clients through buying, selling, and leasing real estate while gaining access to in-house opportunities, marketing materials, and hands-on guidance on deal strategy, negotiation, and positioning. Whether you are newly licensed or experienced, this is an environment designed to help you sharpen your skills and grow your business with purpose.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent service and communication
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends, neighborhood insights, and property positioning opportunities
- Market listings through company-provided materials, social media, open houses, and brand-supported exposure
- Negotiate offers and contracts with attention to client goals and deal strength
- Stay informed on Florida real estate laws, financing considerations, and current market conditions
- Organize showings, coordinate schedules, and manage transactions from start to close
- Build long-term client relationships through professionalism, consistency, and trust

Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professionalism, motivation, and willingness to learn

- Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus but not required
