Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Junior Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and conducting on-site field services to ensure the optimal performance of JEX Technologies' solutions. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, assisting in project management, and fostering clear communication with clients to address issues effectively. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and an emphasis on ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective solutions in technical scenarios
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Experience in Field Service operations with a focus on equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
- Technical Support expertise in resolving real-time on-site challenges
- Basic knowledge of Project Management principles to assist in efficient project execution
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Previous experience in mining operations or heap leach technology is a plus
