Pay Range: $26.24-$31.99 plus shift differentials ( pay will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position)
Positions available in Long Term Care, Short Stay Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensures the implementation of resident care plans.
- Supervises CNA’s to ensure that resident’s care plans are followed.
- Transcribes and carries out physician's orders and integrates them into the resident's care plan.
- Assists in providing direct personal care to residents as needed.
- Helps maintain residents at their highest level of functioning by using rehabilitative nursing principles.
- Assists with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
- Gives medicines and treatments. Restocks medication and treatment carts at the end of each tour of duty.
- Makes out CNA assignments and gives CNAs verbal report.
- Communicates resident's condition by notifying nurse manager or supervisor. Communicates to all relevant parties regarding resident care
