The Ideal Candidate for this position will:
- Hold a LPC-A certification in Texas.
- Has experience via internships providing therapeutic services.
- Can manage their calendar and work schedule.

- Possess the ability to utilize strengths-based and expressive modalities.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide clinical counseling services to 20 clients per week including children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
- Offer sessions either in person (at one of our two locations), via telehealth from home or the office.
- Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Refers patients to outside specialist or agencies when necessary.
- Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
- Ensure all session notes and other documentation are completed on a daily and weekly basis.
- Maintain communication with the Clinical Director to ensure that hours/clients are being properly managed and supported, including scheduling and billing.
Must Haves:
- Masters Degree in a mental health-related field.
- Current State Licenses for LPC-A or have applied for Associates number thru State Board.
- Valid Drivers license.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
