POSITION SUMMARY:


The IT and Systems Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day on-site coordination of the JCC’s IT environment including the support, maintenance and improvement of our technology stack and IT hardware. This position will support the JCC’s CRM (Salesforce) environment, including Traction Rec, NPSP, UPace, Classy and other third-party applications under the supervision and direction of the Department Director. This position will also coordinate all other technology vendors, including network, AV, and phones, to ensure seamless functions across the agency for our workforce. 

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Agency system coordinator for all technology packages: Traction Rec/NPSP/SalesForce, UPace, CampMinder, Comcast, Sign On Enterprise, One Cause, Classy, Office 365.
  • Serves as primary on site contact for IT support in partnership with Ceeva, which includes but is not limited to managing help desk inquiries, agency device management, network connectivity (phones, internet), and license management.
  • Assists Department Director in the handling of all basic CRM administrative functions including modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, documentation of customizations, and buildout of workflows and other routing tasks.
  • Assists Department Director to automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, validation rules, workflows and NPSP features such as engagement plans.
  • Develops and enhances relationships with JCC Staff across the agency who utilize our technology stack to perform their jobs. In partnership with Department Director, this includes but is not limited to the creation of workflows, reporting, dashboards, process improvements, and integrations.
  • Serves as lead creator of all programs, memberships, transactions, discounts within Traction Rec, UPace, NPSP, CampMinder as it relates to pricing, discounts, billing schedules, online set up, GL set up, and revenue recognition.
  • Assists Department Director to develop full documentation and training materials for all technology and in partnership with Finance team, train new users to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies across the organization.
  • Supports the work of the Department Director in handling all updates and upgrades across platforms and ensures that archiving and back up processes are in place.
  • Works effectively with other key JCC departments to provide effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Ability to define problems, develop solutions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to manage and balance a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment under tight time constraints.

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to operate personal computers (hardware and software).
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Ability to travel, as needed.
  • Ability to perform other related duties, as needed and/or required.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

While performing the above duties, this position routinely requires handling persons and/or objects and moving safely throughout the building. This position may include walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. This position requires communicating, either verbally or in writing. This position frequently requires moving items weighing up to 25 pounds. This position occasionally requires moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to complete all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Administration, or related field. At least three years’ experience in an administrative technology capacity, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Salesforce experience a plus.
