Do you have a passion for leadership, retail, and creating unforgettable customer experiences? Jewelry Love by JTV® is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Pigeon Forge team. This role is perfect for a retail professional who thrives on motivating people, driving sales, and shaping a culture that resonates with JTV.

What You’ll Do:

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving results, and leading by example. You’ll also play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent—building a high-performing team that is motivated, engaged, and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver a customer experience that turns tourists into lifelong clients.
• Maintain elevated visual and product presentation standards throughout the store.
• Execute monthly advertising and social media campaigns to expand brand awareness by partnering with Corporate.
• Manage inventory control with accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee receiving and organization of new merchandise and ensuring accurate product tagging.

• Engage in community involvement to grow awareness of Jewelry Love by JTV®.

   

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of proven management experience in retail (jewelry or luxury retail preferred).
• Strong ability to develop, coach, and retain top talent.
• A track record of driving sales while creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience in inventory management and vendor relations.
• The ability to build a strong social media and community engagement presence.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) preferred, or equivalent retail management experience.
