Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Deliver a customer experience that turns tourists into lifelong clients.
- Maintain elevated visual and product presentation standards throughout the store.
- Execute monthly advertising and social media campaigns to expand brand awareness by partnering with Corporate.
- Manage inventory control with accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee receiving and organization of new merchandise and ensuring accurate product tagging.
- Engage in community involvement to grow awareness of Jewelry Love by JTV®.
- 3-5 years of proven management experience in retail (jewelry or luxury retail preferred).
- Strong ability to develop, coach, and retain top talent.
- A track record of driving sales while creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in inventory management and vendor relations.
- The ability to build a strong social media and community engagement presence.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) preferred, or equivalent retail management experience.
