Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-time or part-time · $75,000–$140,000/year
At Jewels Therapy Clinic, we believe the right environment changes everything - for the kids we serve and for the clinicians who serve them. We're a pediatric therapy clinic in Baltimore looking for a BCBA who wants to do their best work: thoughtful assessments, real clinical autonomy, and a team that actually communicates.
What you'll do
Design and oversee ABA programs
Lead FBAs and preference assessments, build individualized treatment plans, and adapt strategies based on data and current research.
Supervise and develop your team
Mentor RBTs and support staff, run training on ABA techniques, and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation.
Collaborate across disciplines
Partner with SLPs, OTs, and PTs. Lead family consultations and team meetings. Keep documentation accurate and insurance-compliant.
What we're looking for
-Active BCBA certification in good standing
-Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
-Current Maryland state licensure (where applicable)
-Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Nice to have:
-2 years of pediatric ABA experience, ideally with ASD populations
-Experience with insurance authorization and clinical documentation
-Background leading or training clinical teams
