What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough assessments for pediatric patients across all age groups
- Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide interventions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
- Collaborate with families to extend therapeutic strategies into the home environment
- Recommend and implement adaptive equipment and assistive technology solutions
- Partner with healthcare professionals, educators, and families for comprehensive care coordination
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Stay current with the latest pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) research and best practices
- Participate in community outreach and advocacy initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) License
- Ability to commute to Baltimore, MD
Preferred:
- 1 year of pediatric experience
