With over 120 locations nationwide, we also offer a wide selection of fine jewelry, watches, and accessories. We are currently seeking a sales-driven Jewelry Sales & Repair Service Consultant who thrives in a commission-based retail environment and is motivated to meet and exceed sales goals. What You’ll Do Drive retail sales and service revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals Promote and sell jewelry, watches, and repair services Upsell and cross-sell to increase average ticket value Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships Assist customers with repair intake and explain service timelines Maintain accurate records for repair tickets and transactions Work with jewelers to ensure timely and quality completion of repairs Operate POS system and handle transactions Maintain a clean and organized store environment Resolve customer concerns professionally What We’re Looking For Strong sales experience required (commission-based preferred) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Retail experience required; jewelry or fashion preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Spanish-speaking is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable using POS systems Ability to stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Jewelry and/or watch repair experience Why Join Fast-Fix?
