JEVS Care at Home is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers for a Part-Time Floating / PRN position.
Assignments vary based on agency needs, offering flexibility and exposure to a wide range of care situations.
You help stabilize care for clients while long-term caregivers are identified and placed for the best fit.

Caregiver Responsibilities (snapshot)
The Part Time Floating Home Care Aide provides short-term coverage for open client cases, ensuring consistent, high quality care while permanent caregivers are recruited and matched to each client’s needs. This role is essential in maintaining continuity of service and supporting clients during staffing transitions. It is well suited for caregivers who enjoy variety, can adapt quickly, and want to make an immediate impact across multiple homes.
Provide in-home personal care, companionship, and daily living support to clients on a temporary, as needed basis.
Step into open cases quickly to maintain uninterrupted care during hiring or staffing changes.
Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors.
Adapt to different home environments, client needs, and schedules.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and follow agency protocols.
Support clients with compassion, professionalism, and respect for their independence and dignity.
Required Education and Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required
Must satisfactorily complete JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation program
Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation may be required depending on service area.
