We are seeking a reliable and motivated Drain Cleaning / Hydro Jetting Technician to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. This position is ideal for someone with plumbing, drain cleaning, or field service experience who is looking for flexible hours and competitive pay.
The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and clearing drain blockages, operating hydro jetting equipment, performing sewer line inspections, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial drain cleaning services
- Operate hydro jetting equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect and diagnose drain and sewer line issues
- Use drain snakes, cameras, and related equipment
- Explain findings and recommendations to customers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in after-hours and emergency service calls as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or related field preferred
- Experience operating hydro jetting equipment is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Must be dependable and available for on-call assignments
