In This Role, You Will
- Process and complete customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide in-showroom support, assisting customers with product selection and ensuring a premium experience
- Handle inbound phone calls, providing product information, order updates, and general support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through the Freshdesk ticketing system in a timely manner, including product questions, order submissions, and order status updates
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a high-level customer service role
Skills:
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
