Job Summary

Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all designated areas.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures according to established health and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and other janitorial tools efficiently and safely.
• Conduct laundry services as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when required, including sweeping walkways and outdoor furniture.
• Manage time effectively to complete daily cleaning schedules while prioritizing high-traffic or high-priority areas.
• Communicate professionally with clients or residents regarding specific cleaning needs or requests to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, bending, and reaching safely.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Experience with outdoor work environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols related to sanitation procedures and equipment use.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings or evenings as needed.
