JET STREAM LENDING is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Processor to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Review and analyze loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, and Fair Housing regulations throughout the processing of loans.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess borrower eligibility and risk.
- Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other necessary documents for accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to loan processing.
- Manage escrow accounts and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Utilize basic math skills for calculations related to loans, payments, and interest rates.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks efficiently.
