The
Direct Mail Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end
planning, coordination, and execution of direct mail campaigns. This role
involves managing the movement, storage, and delivery of mailing materials to
ensure timely distribution, accuracy, and compliance with postal regulations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in
managing large-scale mailing operations within tight timelines.
Essential Functions:
· Plan, implement, and monitor logistics strategies to optimize
transportation, inventory, and distribution processes
· Oversee the coordination of shipments, deliveries, and freight,
ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
· Negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to secure the best
rates and service levels
· Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and
supply chain data
· Develop and enforce safety, quality, and security standards in the
warehouse area
· Ensure compliance with postal regulations, mailing standards, and
data security standards
· Manage and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training,
and performance evaluations
· Collaborate with finance, operations, and warehouse teams to
ensure seamless processes
· Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and
environmental regulations
· Resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly and effectively
· Procures postage stamps and meters postage and maintains and
records usage.
- Liaison
with the United States Postal Service.

Requirements

- Knowledge
of Direct Mail production and logistics.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply
Chain Management, or related field; experience in direct mail operations is
required.
· Proven experience (10 years) managing direct mail logistics or
similar distribution operations
· Strong understanding of postal regulations, mailing standards, and
data security required
