Sales Manager - In-Home Window Sales

Job Overview

We are a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer home remodeling company specializing in premium replacement windows. As we expand into the Eastern Pennsylvania market, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow this new territory.

This position includes paid training in Florida, followed by the opportunity to build and manage a high-performing in-home sales team.

Responsibilities

· Lead, manage, and develop an in-home sales team

· Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives

· Drive sales performance and revenue growth in assigned territory

· Conduct ride-alongs and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship

· Monitor team metrics, performance, and closing ratios

· Maintain a high-performance, results-driven team culture

Qualifications

· Previous experience in sales management required

· Background in in-home or high-ticket sales preferred (windows, roofing, solar, home improvement)

· Proven closing ability and strong leadership skills

· Experience recruiting and developing sales teams

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven

· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

Schedule

· Full-time

· Weekends as needed

Work Location

· Eastern Pennsylvania (must be able to complete initial training in Florida)
