Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.The Opportunity:We are looking for extremely motivated and passionate HVAC Installers who would like to be a part of an exciting growing company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. We need individuals with residential install experience who will learn and contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures in a continuous improvement environment. You will be a key member of our install team responsible for removing gas furnaces, air conditioners and installing heat pump systems with high quality and superior customer interaction.What You Will Do:Remove existing HVAC and air conditioning equipment Install new heat pump systems with high qualityDeliver a fantastic installation experience to our customersCleanliness, stock, and organization of our warehouse and vehicles is a daily activityContribute to the improvement of the installation process and deliver on our high quality standardsCommunicate clearly with customers and leadershipCollaborate with other installers and engineering teams on the product and processesProvide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questionsWhat You Bring:Proven experience installing HVAC systemsEPA Section 608 Certification preferredAbility to read blueprints and schematicsFamiliarity with building codes and regulationsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication skills in EnglishCustomer focused thinkingPhysical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditionsJob Type: Full-timePay: $31 - $46 per hourBenefits:Dental CareExtended Health CareVision CareLife InsuranceEducation Support Free Lunch Tools Provided Uniform Provided Work Location: White PlainsDo you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
