Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.The Opportunity:We are looking for an extremely motivated and passionate HVAC professional who would like to be a part of an exciting new company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. As the HVAC Field Supervisor we are looking for individuals with deep residential install experience, trouble shooting skills and great customer communications. You will be relied upon for installations, walk throughs, service calls or anything else that needs your deep expertise and collaborating with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.What You Will Do:Perform Manual J calculations for Manual S equipment selectionPre-installation walk throughs to ensure estimates are accuratePerform maintenance calls and troubleshoot heat pump system issuesRemove existing HVAC equipment and install new heat pump systemsNo upselling required; we have a separate sales team so you can do what you do bestFollow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systemsCollaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processesProvide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questionsLearn about new smart home technologies as they are added to our product portfolioWhat You Bring:You have extensive experience in heating & cooling in a residential capacityExperience with both Manual J and Manual SProven experience as an install team member and service technicianEPA Section 608 certification requiredAbility to read blueprints and schematicsFamiliarity with building codes and regulationsExcellent problem-solving skillsExperience training junior HVAC team membersExcellent English communications and customer service skillsJob Type: Full-time Pay: $38 - $50 per hour Benefits:Dental CareHealth InsuranceVision CareLife InsuranceEducation Support Tools ProvidedUniforms ProvidedLunch Provided Work Location: MarlboroughDo you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
