Job Description
Entry level position for a crew member
16 years old required
Strong customer service skills
Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times
Take orders from customers and input their selections into the restaurant’s computer systems in person as well as over the phone
Take payments for orders in person as well as over the phone
Wash dishes
Engage in daily cleaning duties during and after each shift
Respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied
Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures
Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion
Have night and weekend availability
Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
