Role Description The General Manager role at Jet’s Pizza in Nashville, TN is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations. This role includes leading and developing team members, managing scheduling, and ensuring consistent adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. The General Manager monitors inventory, controls labor and food costs, and supports accurate cash handling and financial reporting. They help drive sales through local store marketing, excellent guest service, and timely, accurate order fulfillment. The General Manager also partners with ownership or district leadership to implement company initiatives and maintain a positive, inclusive, and performance-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail management, including staff supervision, training, and performance coaching.
• Strong operational skills in scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and basic financial analysis.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills to create positive guest experiences and address concerns effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse team members and guests.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software; comfort learning new technologies.
• Previous experience in pizza, quick-service, or casual dining environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or hospitality is a plus.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a focus on building a respectful, inclusive workplace.
