What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our production floor-keeping communication clear, timelines on track, and customers happy.
You will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems
- Manage and track customer orders through manufacturing and fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, QA, shipping, sales) to ensure smooth execution
- Proactively communicate updates, timelines, and changes
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records, order notes, and documentation
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's done this before and is ready to hit the ground running.
You have:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, account support, or a related role
- Experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, or a regulated industry (nutraceutical, food, pharma, or cosmetics preferred)
- Strong communication skills-clear, friendly, and professional
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- A problem-solving mindset and a "let's figure it out" attitude
- Comfort using CRM, ERP, or order management systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience working cross-functionally with production or operations teams
- Understand timelines, POs, SKUs, and shipping processes
