Job Opening: Project Supervisor/Foreman - Drywall, Paint, & Metal Framing
Location: Based in Nashville, TN (Projects throughout Nashville & surrounding cities, with potential travel outside TN)
Jet Pros LLC is a general contractor specializing in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and painting services. We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor / Foreman to lead field operations on commercial construction projects. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, maintain production schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day field operations for commercial drywall, metal framing, and painting projects.
- Lead and coordinate field crews to maintain productivity, quality, and project schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow on job sites.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and field personnel.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and project requirements.
- Track daily progress, labor hours, material usage, and field productivity.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Assist with training and mentoring field employees and crew leaders.
- Maintain a professional and solutions-oriented presence on all jobsites.
- Utilize construction management tools such as Procore, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam when needed.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial drywall, framing, and/or painting.
- Previous experience leading crews or supervising commercial construction projects.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to read plans and understand construction specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction technology platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed — primary work area is Nashville and surrounding cities, with occasional travel outside Tennessee.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
