Job Summary: The Project Facilitator will engage in a hybrid role to support execution of a variety of projects related to the aviation industry and related fields. Duties can include project planning support, oversight/coordination of vendors and subcontractors at project location, and quality control receiving of parts.

Duties can include project planning support, oversight/coordination of vendors and subcontractors at project location, and quality control receiving of parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning Support:
- Coordinate with various internal teams to develop comprehensive project scope of work with required support documentation and procedures
- Estimate project budget and resources necessary to complete project
- Develop project schedule for full project obligations
- Create work breakdown structure for internal and external resources
- On Site Project Coordination:
- Ensure resources and equipment are in place for project execution
- Communicate with site managers for general schedule updates, site related issues, and ancillary activities
- Provide direction to sub-contractors and vendors to ensure project stays on budget and on schedule
- Track daily progress against schedule and develop a mitigation plan in the event project timeline slips
- Provide project status updates to project team
- Quality Control Receiving:
- Perform quality control review of aircraft parts to identify, segregate, and maintain all materials according to the established JMI protocols
- Document the results of inspections, including any discrepancies or issues found.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on site to ensure scope of work is completed in accordance with agreement
- Communicate with logistics team to establish shipping of goods prior to demobilization from site
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in quality control, project coordination, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in quality control, project coordination, or a related role in aviation, critical facilities projects, or highly regulated environment.
- Travel 50% for extended periods
- Ability and willingness to work internationally is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Work is typically performed outdoors or in an aircraft hangar environment.
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and equipment.
