Logistics / Warehouse inventory Specialist You must have 2-4 years of experience with physical inventory processes. Please do not apply if you do not have experience as this is a requirement.
Responsibilities as the Logistics / Warehouse Inventory Specialist:
- Maintains records of materials in inventory. Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and notify management of irregularities.
- respond to inquiry calls from customers.
- Maintain all paperwork in customer files.
- Review, maintain, and generate reporting for Management review.
- Investigate and verify all inventory issues.
- Perform all job functions while adhering to the Company's policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience as the Logistics / Warehouse inventory Specialist:
- Two to Three years of inventory experience, preferably in a shared services environment or transportation and/or warehouse industry.
- Inventory systems experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
- Ability to gather and interpret data, compile information and prepare reports.
- Ability to verify data input and to identify and correct errors.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors in Accounting a plus.
