The Kind Of Work You'll Be Doing
Maintain the structure, organization, and accessibility of digital records and shared drives so thatglobal teams can have seamless access to accurate and up-to-date information.
Lead scheduling and communication systems for both global and local leaders by establishingmeeting rhythms, clarifying action items, and tracking follow-through to completion.
Oversee the financial operations of the team, including budget tracking, invoice and paymentprocessing, and financial reporting. Collaborate with US Finance to ensure fiscal accuracy, policy compliance and forward-looking resource planning.
Manage the global equipment lifecycle, encompassing procurement, inventory oversight,distribution, maintenance, and warranty tracking. Work closely with field and engineering teams to quickly and effectively resolve technical or delivery challenges.
Own the functionality and optimization of tools such as Equipment Contact Management (ECM),Equipment Inventory Management (EIM), Events App, and SPQ. Ensure these systems remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with team and ministry needs and alert the Software Engineering Team (SET) when problems arise.
Lead the testing, rollout, and adoption of software updates and new features in partnership withthe Software Engineering team. Develop user resources, communicate changes, and equip teams for effective implementation.
Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, proactively tracking renewals, expirations, andspending limits. Partner with the Contracts Team to ensure timely actions and compliance across global operations.
Champion onboarding and compliance processes for staff across global equipment anddistribution teams, maintaining accurate records and reinforcing HR and safety requirements.
Direct global team travel logistics, including but not limited to visas, accommodations, and travelapprovals, ensuring the smooth execution of retreats, events, and leadership gatherings.
Serve as the primary liaison for partners and vendors, ensuring timely communication andprofessional service. Prepare and distribute regular reports, including Global Distribution Center metrics and performance summaries.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required, or equivalent experience in administrativeor technical fields
- 2 Years of experience in cross-cultural training is strongly desired, but not required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
