Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Elkhart IN, for an Office Assistant Customer Support Employee.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including document management and record keeping
- Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to professionally address inquiries and resolve issues
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and adhere to schedules
- Prior experience in administrative support or customer service roles is preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems and order entry peocesses
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are advantageous
