What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diesel Mechanic Technician position at Jesse's Power Shop?
Job Location: Newburgh, NY - Heavy duty truck and equipment repair shop seeking full time, motivated, self sufficient, but willing to ask for help when needed experienced Road/Shop Mechanic. Must have reliable transportation and a clean and valid drivers license. Knowledge and experience with electrical and hydraulic systems is highly recommended. Welding knowledge a plus. We work on a variety of diesel engines, including but not limited too, large construction equipment, bucket trucks, tractor trailers, firetrucks, ambulances, generators, snow plows and salter, and much more. Certificates are recommended but not required. Working Knowledge and ability to learn new things is required as we work on a lot of different vehicles and equipment. Our hours of operation are Mon. - Fri. 8 am to 5 pm, over time is available. However, we Perform 24 hour road side assistance. Pay BOE. Please call Jesse at 845-608-3199
