Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as necessary.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
