Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and are passionate about providing high-quality food and service to our valued customers.

This is going to be a new store that is opening, so we are starting to hire now! The opening date will be 10/22. But we will start training the week of 10/13.

Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha and Micros, for efficient order processing and payment handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food handling practices.

Skills

• Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Sales experience with an emphasis on upselling techniques is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
• Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
