We're now hiring shift leaders for Janesville. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to lead a winning team at our Jersey Mike’s store. If you enjoy working with people and love to develop others, we want you to help lead our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong customer service and lead by example
- Train and motivate team members
- Handle cash and ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Lead shifts and set the tone for the team
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
- Work closely with the Store Manager on daily operations
- Deep commitment to customer satisfaction
