Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Take customer orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
- Prepare food items following safety and quality standards, ensuring all food safety protocols are adhered to.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness in the café area, including dining spaces, kitchen equipment, and restrooms.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Uphold the café's standards for quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A passion for culinary arts and quick-service fast food restaurant operations is beneficial.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
