- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions
- Assist with food safety protocols like proper food handling, sanitation practices, and bussing tables to ensure a hygienic environment
- Support team members in kitchen tasks such as food preparation, cooking, and stocking supplies during busy hours
- Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail or grocery store environments involving serving or cashiering is advantageous
