As a Crew Member at Jersey Mike’s, you’re more than a sandwich maker — you’re part of a high-energy team that delivers a sub above. In this role, you will:
- Greet guests with a smile and make them feel part of the Jersey Mike’s family
- Prepare quality sandwiches and maintain food prep areas with care and precision
- Operate slicing machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep the dining and kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work as a team to support fellow crew members and deliver fast, friendly service
- Take pride in the brand and bring positive energy to every shift
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience required; training provided

Pay Range: $8.50 per hour - $10.00 per hour

Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
