Job Description
Our leadership team is the heartbeat of each and every location. Responsibilities
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet Jersey Mike’s standard.
Maintain accurate cash handling and register operations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant .
Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist in achieving sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
