Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation, safety, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to foster a team-oriented environment.
- Control inventory levels meticulously to minimize waste and maximize profitability through effective stock management.
- Supervise kitchen activities including food production, cooking, and food handling to meet quality standards.
- Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all restaurant functions.
- Handle shift management by scheduling staff efficiently and ensuring smooth transitions during busy hours.
- Conduct interviews and participate in staff hiring processes to build a talented team aligned with company values.
- Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to boost revenue growth.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the food industry, preferably in quick service or casual dining settings.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams, training staff, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures, food safety regulations, and health standards.
- Background in hospitality management or restaurant operations with experience in shift management and budgeting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $45,000 to per year. Starting pay, with room to grow.
