Jersey Mike’s Team Member – Daytime / Lunch Shift Preferred

Pay & Earnings

Team members earn an hourly base wage plus shared team tips.

Our stores operate a team tip pool system, meaning your total hourly earnings can increase based on business volume and shift performance.

Typical total earnings, including tips, are approximately $10–$16 per hour depending on shift volume and availability.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly and welcoming customer service

• Prepare fresh subs and food items to Jersey Mike’s standards

• Work efficiently during busy lunch and daytime rushes

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Operate the register and accurately handle transactions

• Restock and prepare the store for continued business flow
