The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer experiences, achieving financial goals, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, handling vendor relationships, staff training, scheduling, and addressing operational challenges as they arise to deliver team and organizational success.QualificationsProven leadership skills, with experience in team management, employee development, and performance feedbackStrong operational and organizational abilities, including inventory management, scheduling, and process optimization for efficiencyCustomer service and communication skills to maintain positive guest experiences and resolve any conflicts effectivelyBasic financial acumen, budgeting, and the ability to analyze sales reports to meet revenue and expenditure goalsExperience in a fast-casual, quick-service, or restaurant environment is highly desirableProficiency with point-of-sale systems and related technologyAbility to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a problem-solving mindsetBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
