Jersey Mike's Subs in Dixon, IL is looking for a hard working, dedicated person who has the ability to assist in building and leading a team and ensure company standards and processes are upheld while customers have a consistently pleasant experience. This position has the opportunity for advancement as we grow. This is a full-time, 35 hour a week position.
Basic Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally, and 25 lbs frequently
- Ability to work all areas of the restaurant, front, back, and operate a computerized cash register
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work well with a team of crew members
- Capability to learn skills quickly
- Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
- Food service experience
