Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring for our Shiloh Crossing Location in Billings, MT! We are looking for a proven leader ready to step into a General Manager role.

What You’ll Do
Train to lead all aspects of store operations
Drive sales, service quality, and team performance
Hire, train, and develop team members
Manage schedules, inventory, and daily operations
Create a positive, high-energy culture for staff and guests
Make great subs and deliver an outstanding guest experience
What We’re Looking For
2 years of General Management experience in a fast-paced restaurant (required)
Reliable, responsible, and professional
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Open availability and flexible schedule
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training)
