Jersey Mike’s is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Training for our Shiloh Crossing location in Billings, MT!

Pay:
- Training (first 8–12 weeks): $20.00/hour (includes tips)
- Fully Trained AGM:
$21.50/hour (includes tips) EBITDA bonus

Requirements:
- 18 with high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- ServSafe Manager Certification (during training)
- Strong communication, leadership & POS/computer skills
- Flexible schedule; able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- 1 year restaurant leadership experience preferred
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations and support the GM
- Manage schedules, inventory, and team performance
- Coach and train team members
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Handle opening/closing and key holder duties
- Deliver excellent customer experiences and drive sales
