Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cleaning Specialist based in Nutley, NJ. The Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for performing daily residential and commercial cleaning tasks, including routine and deep cleaning assignments. Duties include disinfecting surfaces, cleaning windows, vacuuming carpets, and ensuring spaces meet the highest cleanliness standards. The role requires adherence to company processes and a strong commitment to delivering superior service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Cleaning and Janitorial Services
- Proficiency in tasks such as Window Cleaning, Home Cleaning, and House Cleaning
- Knowledge of proper techniques for Carpet Cleaning and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends as needed
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow directions with minimal supervision
