- Train employees- Janitorial and administrative tasks.
- Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
- Submit and deliver supplies as needed.
- On-Call for emergency situations/calls - evenings and weekends.
- Screening for new Custodial Technicians.
- Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.
- Manage employee callouts.
- Corresponding with Custodial Technicians.
- Report accidents/injury.
- Address and resolve any employee performance issues – Identify and retrain as seen or directed.

- Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
- Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.
- Valid Driver's License - Company Car will be assigned.
- All other tasks as assigned by management.
