Job Summary:
Greet and escort guests to tables. Maintain a courteous/efficient operation to ensure guest satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet guests and seat them promptly with menus
- Take drink orders
- Check guests to make sure they are not waiting long
- Assist in bussing tables
- Get desserts
- Perform side work as required
- Close guest checks
- Check sidework for bussers, food servers, snack bar
- Answer phones
- Break other food outlets
- All other duties that may be assigned
